Chauffeur service

Wedding transportation in New York

For couples and planners who need the wedding party moved on a timeline, not a different fleet. Getting ready, the ceremony, photographs, and the reception can be one hourly car or several direct transfers. Starting rates remain $120, $150, $175, and $200 an hour, with a three-hour minimum.

Starting hourly rates

Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

ClassHourly estimateThree-hour minimum
E-Class sedan$120$360
Escalade SUV$150$450
S-Class$175$525
Sprinter$200$600

Build the day before you pick a vehicle

Write who rides together. The couple, parents, and guests may need different pickup times. Name one person who can approve a change. Include the ceremony address, the photo stop if there is one, and the reception entrance. A side door and a ballroom door are not the same curb.

A couple with ordinary luggage fits a sedan at $360 for three hours. A larger party should look at the Sprinter and confirm the van's seating and bags. Do not assume one vehicle holds every guest. Floral, champagne, and décor are not part of the published booking.

One car for the day, or two transfers

If the car waits between the ceremony and the reception, book hourly for that whole hold. If guests only need a ride to the ceremony and a later ride home, two direct transfers can cost less than holding a Sprinter all afternoon. Ask for both shapes on the quote if you are unsure.

Out-of-town guests landing at JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark can use those airport pages for the airport ride, then a separate wedding car in the city. Call (929) 205-4788 with the timeline.

Common New York wedding timelines

A Manhattan wedding might start with getting ready at a Midtown or downtown hotel, a first look in Central Park or on the Brooklyn Bridge promenade, a ceremony in a church on the Upper East Side, and a reception in a loft in Tribeca or DUMBO. Each of those is a different curb, and some have strict loading rules. Put every address and entrance on the timeline.

Weddings outside the city, in Westchester, Long Island, Connecticut, or New Jersey, add road time to the booking. A car that waits through a reception in Greenwich is hourly time counted from the first pickup, not a Manhattan evening.

Vehicle choices for the day

The couple often rides in an S-Class, from $175 an hour, or an E-Class at $120. Parents and the wedding party may need an Escalade, listed for six, at $150 an hour. Guests moving between hotel and venue suit a Sprinter at $200 an hour once the layout is confirmed.

Every class has a three-hour minimum. Book the couple's car for the full window if it needs to wait for the send-off, and book guest shuttles as direct trips if nobody waits.

Questions before you book

How much is a wedding chauffeur for three hours?

E-Class $360, Escalade $450, S-Class $525, and Sprinter $600.

Can guests and the couple share one van?

Only if the assigned Sprinter layout fits the people and the bags. Confirm that before the wedding day. A second car is a second booking.

Should we hold the car between ceremony and reception?

Hold it on hourly hire if the same party needs it to wait. If nobody is waiting, two direct transfers are usually the smaller booking.

Do you decorate the car?

No decoration package is published. Book the vehicle and the hours. Ask in writing if you want something added, and accept only what the quote confirms.

How do out-of-town guests get from the airport?

Book their airport transfer on the JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark page, then a separate city car for the wedding if the chauffeur is not staying with them.

What if the venue has more than one entrance?

Name the entrance the party should use. A side door and a ballroom door are different curbs, especially on a Saturday.

Which car do couples usually book?

Often the S-Class at $175 an hour or the E-Class at $120, each with a three-hour minimum. The wedding party and guests can use an Escalade or a Sprinter on separate bookings.
