Chauffeur service

Point-to-point car service in New York

One pickup, one drop-off, no waiting. Point-to-point is the booking for a single ride between two addresses that is not an airport transfer: Manhattan to Brooklyn, a Westchester home to a Midtown office, or the city to the Hamptons. It starts at $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV, and the written quote follows the two addresses.

Starting hourly rates

Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

Published point-to-point starting prices

Starting prices for common routes. The plus sign means the exact street changes the quote. The written quote is the final price.

When point-to-point is the right booking

Use it when nobody needs the car to wait. A ride home to Park Slope after a Midtown dinner, a morning transfer from Scarsdale to a Park Avenue office, a weekend drive to Southampton, or a one-way trip to a Philadelphia meeting are all point-to-point. The chauffeur drops you at the door and the booking ends.

If the plan includes a second stop with waiting, a return trip the same day, or an open end time, hourly hire is usually the better fit. Hourly starts at $120 an hour for an E-Class with a three-hour minimum.

Routes out of the city

Trips to the Hamptons follow the Long Island Expressway and Sunrise Highway or Montauk Highway east, and the exact village changes the quote, whether it is Westhampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, or Montauk. Greenwich and Stamford are reached on I-95 or the Merritt Parkway. Westchester trips use the Henry Hudson, Saw Mill River, or Hutchinson River parkways, depending on the town.

Philadelphia and Atlantic City are reached through New Jersey on the New Jersey Turnpike and, for Atlantic City, the Garden State Parkway. Those are long drives, so share any timing constraint, such as a meeting start or a check-in time.

Within the five boroughs

Manhattan to Brooklyn starts at $130+ sedan and $160+ SUV. Rides between other boroughs, such as Queens to the Bronx or Staten Island to Manhattan, are quoted from both addresses on the same basis. Short hops inside one neighborhood are still point-to-point bookings and still use the starting price.

Name the entrance at each end. A hotel with a side entrance, an office with a loading dock, or a brownstone on a one-way block all change where the car can stop.

Vehicle choice and booking

The E-Class is listed for three passengers and three bags. The Escalade is listed for six and six. The S-Class and Sprinter are available for point-to-point trips on a written quote, since the published starting prices are for sedan and SUV.

Book through the reservation form with both addresses, the date and time, passenger count, and bags, or call (929) 205-4788. Tolls, if they apply, should appear on the written quote.
