Airport transfer
JFK Car Service
Reserve a private ride between Manhattan and John F. Kennedy International in Queens. Share your flight and terminal so the pickup can be arranged for your arrival. Choose a direct transfer for one destination, or hourly service when your itinerary includes waiting and additional stops.

Starting hourly rates
Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
| Class | Hourly estimate | Three-hour minimum |
|---|---|---|
| E-Class sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Escalade SUV | $150 | $450 |
| S-Class | $175 | $525 |
| Sprinter | $200 | $600 |
Manhattan airport transfer estimates
For a direct pickup or drop-off when Manhattan is one end of the trip. These route figures are estimates. The written quote is the final price, and it is not an hourly total.
| Sedan | SUV | Sprinter |
|---|---|---|
| $170 | $160 | $700 |
Arrival or departure
On an arrival, send the airline, flight number, and terminal. Car-service pickup locations can differ from the terminal curb during airport construction. Follow current airport signs and your chauffeur's meeting instructions after collecting your bags; check the airport's official advisories before travel.
On a departure, name the terminal and the time you want to leave the hotel or office. The usual approach from Manhattan uses the Van Wyck. Allow 45–90 minutes. That is a planning window, not a promise the road will be clear.
Direct transfer or a car that stays
Put the Manhattan street address, passenger count, bags, and vehicle class on the reservation. Call (929) 205-4788 or use the booking form, and review the written total before you pay. Tolls or waiting, if they apply, belong on that quote.
The Manhattan estimates for a direct transfer are sedan $170, SUV $160, and Sprinter $700. Choose hourly when the chauffeur should wait at a hotel or continue to a second address. Three hours is $360 in an E-Class, $450 in an Escalade, $525 in an S-Class, and $600 in a Sprinter. A Brooklyn or Queens address is not the Manhattan estimate.
Roads between Kennedy and the rest of the city
Most Manhattan trips reach JFK on the Van Wyck Expressway after the Queens-Midtown Tunnel and the Long Island Expressway, or after the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge and the Grand Central Parkway from the Upper East Side and Harlem. Lower Manhattan can also run through Brooklyn to the Belt Parkway. The chauffeur picks the road for the hour you travel; if you prefer a crossing, write it on the reservation.
A Brooklyn or Long Island address uses a different approach again, which is one reason those trips are quoted from the two addresses rather than from the Manhattan estimate. Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights often head out along the Belt Parkway. Forest Hills and Long Island City sit closer to the airport but are still separate quotes.
International arrivals and choosing the class
An international arrival reaches the curb only after immigration, customs, and baggage claim. Tell us the scheduled landing time and whether you are travelling with checked bags, then follow your chauffeur's meeting instructions once you are ready to leave the terminal. If the flight number changes, send the new one.
Match the car to the luggage, not only the headcount. The E-Class is listed for three passengers and three bags. The Escalade is listed for six and six, which covers most families returning with suitcases. Groups larger than that should confirm a Sprinter layout before the trip. S-Class is a sedan with a different cabin, not extra space.
Airport operations change. Check JFK airport for current terminal information, then put the details you have on the reservation.
Questions before you book
Who is a direct JFK transfer for?
Travelers going between one Manhattan address and one JFK terminal, with no extra stops. If you need the car afterward, book hourly.
How much does a JFK to Manhattan car cost?
Manhattan transfer estimates are $170 sedan, $160 SUV, and $700 Sprinter. Request a quote for your addresses, travel date, and vehicle class. Hourly hire starts at $120 with a three-hour minimum.
Which JFK terminal should I name?
The terminal on the ticket. Terminal 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 are separate meeting points. Also send the airline and flight number.
Is a Brooklyn hotel the same price as Manhattan?
No. The $170 sedan estimate is a Manhattan direct transfer. A Brooklyn, Queens, or New Jersey address needs its own quote.
What if the flight is late?
Send the flight number so the reservation can be updated. A direct transfer still ends at the address you booked. Waiting or a second stop is hourly.
When does the E-Class stop being the right car?
When you have more than three passengers or more bags than a sedan can take. The Escalade is listed for up to six. A larger party should confirm a Sprinter layout. The JFK Sprinter estimate to Manhattan is $700.
Which crossing does a JFK trip use from Manhattan?
Usually the Queens-Midtown Tunnel or the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge before the Van Wyck, and sometimes the Belt Parkway from Lower Manhattan. Write a preferred crossing on the reservation if you have one.
