Pickup notes by New York neighborhood, without invented times

Midtown hotel curbs, Theater District loading rules, and Madison Square Garden event nights are ordinary Manhattan problems. Give the hotel name and the entrance, not just "Midtown." Hourly E-Class at $120 with a $360 three-hour floor is the product if you are hopping from a hotel to a meeting to dinner. A single JFK drop still uses the $170 sedan airport row.

The Financial District and Battery Park City sit on the southern tip of Manhattan, which changes which tunnel makes sense for Newark. Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen sit closer to the Lincoln Tunnel. Upper East Side and Upper West Side pickups still need a building entrance because park-side avenues do not all allow the same stop. None of that changes the published hourly floors.

Queens coverage includes Astoria, Long Island City, Forest Hills, and the two Queens commercial airports. Long Island City to LGA is a different job from Midtown to LGA even though both can use the Grand Central Parkway. Long Island including the Hamptons and Montauk uses the Hamptons starting prices ($350+ sedan / $450+ SUV from Manhattan) or a custom quote.

Westchester (White Plains, Scarsdale, Rye) and Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford) sit on the HPN and I-95 side of the map. Manhattan ↔ Westchester sedan starts at $130+. Manhattan ↔ Greenwich sedan starts at $175+. HPN Manhattan sedan is $130 only when Manhattan is actually one end of the trip.

New Jersey coverage lists Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and Princeton. Hoboken to EWR is not the EWR ↔ Manhattan $170 sedan row. TEB Manhattan sedan $130 is likewise a Manhattan pair. Princeton and longer New Jersey work should go on the reservation as exact addresses.

Four booking examples using only published numbers

Example A. Two adults, two carry-ons, Midtown hotel to JFK Terminal 8. Product: airport transfer. Class: E-Class sedan. Published figure: $170. Do not start an hourly charter unless you need the car after the airport.

Example B. Four adults, four large bags, LaGuardia to a Brooklyn Heights hotel. Product: airport transfer quoted from those two pins, not the LGA ↔ Manhattan $150 sedan row. Class: Escalade because passenger count is 4 and bags are 4, inside the 6/6 listing. Hourly Escalade is $150 only if the chauffeur stays.

Example C. Eight colleagues, Teterboro FBO to Hudson Yards, wait through a three-hour meeting, then release. Product: hourly Sprinter at $240 with a $710 three-hour floor. Not TEB Manhattan sedan $130, and not two separate one-ways, because of the wait.
