Airport transfers in New York
A reserved car between your address and the airport on your ticket. Six airports are covered: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Westchester County, and Stewart International. Five have published Manhattan estimates, starting at $130 for a sedan. When the car should stay with you after landing, the same trip becomes hourly hire.

Starting hourly rates
Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
| Class | Hourly estimate | Three-hour minimum |
|---|---|---|
| E-Class sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Escalade SUV | $150 | $450 |
| S-Class | $175 | $525 |
| Sprinter | $200 | $600 |

How an airport transfer works
You reserve a vehicle class for one pickup and one drop-off, with the airport at one end. For a departure, give the address, the time you want to leave, and the terminal. For an arrival, give the airline, flight number, and terminal, then follow the airport signs and your chauffeur's meeting instructions once you have your bags. The trip ends at the address you booked.
Book online through the reservation form or call (929) 205-4788. Review the class, the total, and the terms on the written quote before you pay. Opening the form does not reserve a car; the confirmation does.
Which airport, which page
JFK and LaGuardia are both in Queens but are different trips with different estimates. Newark Liberty is in New Jersey, across the Hudson, and suits the west side of Manhattan, Staten Island, and New Jersey addresses. Teterboro is for private aircraft and needs the FBO name. Westchester County Airport, near White Plains, serves the northern suburbs and Connecticut. Stewart, in Newburgh, is a regional trip with no Manhattan flat.
Each airport has its own page with terminal notes, the usual roads, and planning windows: 45–90 minutes for JFK, 25–50 for LaGuardia, 40–75 for Newark, 30–50 for Teterboro, and 45–75 for Westchester. They are ranges for planning, not promises about traffic.
Choosing the vehicle for the luggage
The E-Class is listed for three passengers and three bags and suits most business travelers. The S-Class, from $175 an hour, is the flagship sedan with the same capacity. The Escalade is listed for six passengers and six bags and is the usual family airport car. Groups, crews, and parties with oversized bags should confirm a Sprinter layout.
Count checked bags, carry-ons, strollers, and sports equipment separately on the reservation. A car that fits the people but not the luggage is the most common airport problem, and it is avoidable.
Direct transfer or hourly from the terminal
A direct transfer is the right booking when the chauffeur drops you and leaves. If you land and then need meetings, a hotel check-in and a dinner, or a second address in another borough, book hourly from the terminal instead: $120 E-Class, $150 Escalade, $175 S-Class, or $200 Sprinter, each with a three-hour minimum.
Do not add an airport estimate and an hourly block unless you want both a finished transfer and a separate car later. If you are unsure, ask for both shapes on the quote.
Questions before you book
Which airports do you serve?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Westchester County Airport, and Stewart International. Stewart is quoted from both addresses; the others have Manhattan estimates.
Which Manhattan airport transfer has the lowest published sedan price?
The published sedan estimates are $130 for Teterboro and Westchester, $150 for LaGuardia, and $170 for JFK and Newark. Book the airport on your ticket, not the lowest number.
Do the estimates apply to Brooklyn or Queens addresses?
No. They are Manhattan pairs. A Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, or suburban address is quoted from both addresses.
What should I send for an arrival?
The airline, flight number, terminal, passenger count, and bags. If the flight changes, send the new details so the reservation can be updated.
Can the chauffeur wait and take us on to meetings?
Yes, on hourly hire from the terminal. A direct transfer ends at the first address.
Which vehicle fits a family of five with suitcases?
The Escalade, listed for six passengers and six bags. Confirm the count of large bags on the reservation.
