Chauffeur service
Event transportation in New York
A reserved car for a night out or a set occasion: a gala, a Broadway show, a concert at Madison Square Garden, an evening at Lincoln Center or Carnegie Hall. Most events are hourly hire, because the chauffeur waits through the performance and takes you on afterward. Hourly starts at $120 for an E-Class with a three-hour minimum.

Starting hourly rates
Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
| Class | Hourly estimate | Three-hour minimum |
|---|---|---|
| E-Class sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Escalade SUV | $150 | $450 |
| S-Class | $175 | $525 |
| Sprinter | $200 | $600 |
How an event booking works
Book the window from the first pickup to the last drop-off. A typical evening is a hotel or home pickup, a pre-show dinner, the performance, and a ride home, which is often four or five hours. The car waits nearby while you are inside and returns to an agreed pickup point when you call.
If you only need a ride to the venue and will make your own way home, a point-to-point trip from $130 sedan or $160 SUV is the smaller booking. If you only need the ride home, book that single leg instead.
Venues and pickup points
Madison Square Garden sits above Penn Station between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, and the streets around it are crowded at letting-out time. Broadway theaters cluster between 41st and 54th Streets, where the side streets fill with cars when the evening performances let out. Lincoln Center is on the Upper West Side at Columbus Avenue and 65th Street. Carnegie Hall is at Seventh Avenue and 57th Street.
Agree the pickup point before you go in: a named hotel entrance, a corner a block away, or the side street the venue uses for cars. Keep your phone on. It is usually faster to walk a block than to wait for a car to reach the front door.
Galas, benefits, and hotel ballrooms
Galas at museums, hotel ballrooms, and event spaces often have a dedicated arrival lane with a set time. Put the venue's arrival instructions on the reservation, along with the guest names if the venue asks for them at the door. If the evening moves to an after-party, list that address too.
For couples, the S-Class at $175 an hour or the E-Class at $120 are the usual choices. A group from the same table suits the Escalade, listed for six, or a Sprinter after confirming the layout.
Sports and concerts beyond Manhattan
Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, Citi Field and the US Open grounds in Queens, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey all draw heavy traffic before and after events. Allow extra time and name the gate. Stadium lots and drop zones have their own rules, so the chauffeur may need to meet you a short walk from the entrance.
A group going to a game or concert together often fits a Sprinter better than two SUVs. Sprinter hourly starts at $200 with a three-hour minimum. Call (929) 205-4788 with the date, the venue, and the headcount.
Questions before you book
Should I book an event as hourly or point-to-point?
Hourly if the car should wait and take you home afterward. Point-to-point from $130 sedan if you only need the ride there or the ride back.
How long should I book for a Broadway show?
Count from the pickup to the drop-off after the show, including dinner if it is on the same evening. Four hours is common; three is the minimum.
Where will the chauffeur meet us after the event?
At the pickup point you agree before going in, such as a hotel entrance or a nearby corner. Venue curbs are crowded at letting-out time.
Which car suits a group of eight going to a concert?
A Sprinter, after confirming the layout. The Escalade is listed for up to six passengers.
Do you cover events outside Manhattan?
Yes, including the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The hours include the drive.
