Chauffeur service
Full-day chauffeur hire in NYC
For a roadshow, a site day, or a wedding that needs the same car from the first portrait to the last drop-off. A full day is more hours on the hourly card. It is not a different vehicle and not a separate package. Eight hours is $960 in an E-Class, $1,200 in an Escalade, $1,400 in an S-Class, or $1,600 in a Sprinter.

Starting hourly rates
Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
| Class | Hourly estimate | Three-hour minimum |
|---|---|---|
| E-Class sedan | $120 | $360 |
| Escalade SUV | $150 | $450 |
| S-Class | $175 | $525 |
| Sprinter | $200 | $600 |
Count the hours you actually need
Start at the first pickup and end at the last drop-off, including the waits you want covered. A dinner that starts at 6 and ends at 11 is not an eight-hour day. An 8 a.m. pickup through a 6 p.m. finish is. Write the window. The three-hour minimum still applies, but a real day is usually longer.
If you want the car held during a meal or a break, include that time in the hours you book so it stays inside the quoted window.
A full day versus two short rides
A wedding that needs the car from portraits through the reception is a full day or hourly booking. A ceremony-only plan can be two direct transfers if nobody is waiting. An airport arrival plus a day of meetings is hourly from the terminal if the same car continues.
Stewart and other long out-of-town rides should be quoted from the addresses. Do not force them onto an eight-hour city example if the road time is longer.
Examples of a full day in the city
An 8 a.m. hotel pickup, meetings in Midtown and Hudson Yards, a lunch in the Financial District, a Brooklyn site visit, and a 6 p.m. return is ten hours. In an E-Class that is $1,200 at the $120 rate. A family day that covers the Metropolitan Museum, Central Park, and a Broadway matinee can be shorter, and is simply the hours booked.
Production and event teams often need a Sprinter for the whole day because equipment and people move together. Eight hours at $200 is $1,600, and a longer call time adds hours at the same rate.
Planning notes for long days
Build breaks into the window rather than releasing and rebooking the car. List meal stops and name the entrance at each venue. If a stop moves out of the city, to Westchester, Long Island, or New Jersey, write that on the booking so the hours cover the drive.
Send one contact who can approve extra time. If the day stretches past the booked window, the extra hours use the same hourly rate as the class you booked.
Questions before you book
Is there a flat full-day rate?
No. Multiply the starting hourly rate by the hours you book. Eight hours is $960, $1,200, $1,400, or $1,600 depending on class.
What is the minimum for a short day?
Three hours: $360 sedan, $450 SUV, $525 S-Class, $600 Sprinter.
Does a dinner count as a full day?
Only if you book the hours from the first pickup through the last drop, including the wait. A few evening hours are hourly, not an eight-hour day.
Can one booking cover two cities?
Only if the quote lists both places and enough hours. A Manhattan day example is not a Hamptons or Stewart price.
Should a wedding be a full day?
Yes, if one car should stay from getting ready through the reception. Two direct transfers can cost less if the car does not need to wait.
What does a ten-hour E-Class day cost?
$1,200 at the $120 hourly rate, before anything the written quote adds for tolls or waiting outside the window.
