Chauffeur service

Hourly chauffeur service in NYC

For a day with several stops, or when you do not know the end time. Hourly hire keeps the car and chauffeur available instead of ending at the first address. Starting rates are $120 for an E-Class, $150 for an Escalade, $175 for an S-Class, and $200 for a Sprinter, each with a three-hour minimum.

Starting hourly rates

Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

ClassHourly estimateThree-hour minimum
E-Class sedan$120$360
Escalade SUV$150$450
S-Class$175$525
Sprinter$200$600

Hourly versus a direct airport transfer

A direct JFK sedan transfer is a $170 estimate and ends at the address. Three hours of E-Class time is $360 because the chauffeur is still with you. Do not add those numbers together unless you need both a finished airport ride and a separate block of hourly time.

A fourth hour is another $120, $150, $175, or $200 for the class you booked. The quote should show the hours. Review gratuity, tolls, and waiting on that quote before you confirm.

What to list

List the stops in order, the first pickup time, and the hour you expect to finish. Name the entrance at hotels and venues. Say how many people and how many bags, including anything oversized. If the finish time moves, call before the booked hours run out.

A shopping loop, a wedding morning, and a dinner with an uncertain end belong here. A single ride across town, with no wait, can be a direct point-to-point trip instead.

Days that fit hourly hire

A Madison Avenue and SoHo shopping afternoon, with bags left in the car between stores. A gallery walk in Chelsea followed by dinner in the West Village. A school visit in the Bronx and a second one in Westchester on the same morning. In each case the car waiting outside is the point of the booking.

Hourly also suits guests who have not fixed their plans. A three-hour block from a Midtown hotel leaves room to decide the next stop in the car. If the evening runs past the booked window, call before the hours end so the extension goes on the quote.

Where hourly time starts and ends

Hourly time is counted for the window on the reservation, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, including waiting in between. Name the entrance for every hotel or venue so the chauffeur can stand at the right door.

Hourly works anywhere in the service area: the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey. A day that reaches the Hamptons or Philadelphia counts the road hours too, so compare it with a point-to-point quote before you book.

Questions before you book

When should I book hourly?

When the car should stay available for more than one stop, or you do not know when the day ends.

What is the three-hour minimum in dollars?

E-Class $360, Escalade $450, S-Class $525, and Sprinter $600.

What if I only need 90 minutes?

The hourly minimum is still three hours. A short direct ride may fit a point-to-point trip or an airport transfer instead.

How is a fourth hour priced?

At the same hourly rate as the class you booked: $120, $150, $175, or $200. The quote should show the added hour.

Does hourly include a second car?

No. Each car is its own booking. Ask for two vehicles if the party should split.

What should I put on the reservation?

Stops in order, the first pickup time, passenger count, bags, the class, and the entrance at a hotel or venue.

Does hourly time include the waiting between stops?

Yes. The hours run from the first pickup to the last drop-off in the window you book, including the time the car waits for you.
