How do I book a ride?

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. For airport transfers, we offer flexible rebooking if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

Do you track flights for airport pickups?

Yes, we monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is early or delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time. Our chauffeurs will be waiting for you when you land.

How early will my chauffeur arrive?

For airport pickups, your chauffeur will be at the terminal when you land. For other pickups, chauffeurs typically arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure punctuality.

What airports do you service?

We provide service to all NYC area airports including JFK International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, Teterboro Airport, and Westchester County Airport.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island including the Hamptons, Westchester County, Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford), New Jersey, and beyond.

What vehicles are available?

Is gratuity included in the rate?

Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates and is left to the discretion of the client. The industry standard is typically 18-20% for exceptional service.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

What amenities are available in your vehicles?

All vehicles include climate control, bottled water, phone chargers, and premium leather interiors. WiFi is available upon request. S-Class vehicles feature additional amenities including massage seats.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Do you provide child car seats?
