Chauffeur service

Corporate transportation in New York

For executives, clients, and the assistants booking them. A corporate day is a reserved car between offices, a roadshow, or an airport plus meetings in Midtown, Hudson Yards, the Financial District, Brooklyn, Westchester, or New Jersey. It uses the same four vehicle classes as every other trip. There is no separate corporate rate card.

Starting hourly rates

Hourly hire keeps the car available. Three hours is the minimum. The written quote is the price. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

ClassHourly estimateThree-hour minimum
E-Class sedan$120$360
Escalade SUV$150$450
S-Class$175$525
Sprinter$200$600

What an assistant should send

Send the date, the lead passenger's mobile number, every address in order, the entrance if the building has more than one, and whether the car waits between meetings. If a flight is involved, add the airline, flight number, and airport. Passenger count and bags decide sedan, SUV, or Sprinter.

A direct ride is right when each leg ends at the door. Hourly is right when the end time is open or the chauffeur stays. A full day of meetings is still hourly: an eight-hour sedan day is $960 at the $120 rate.

Airports on a work day

If the only job is a Manhattan airport drop, use the airport estimate for a direct transfer. JFK and Newark sedan estimates are $170. LaGuardia sedan is $150. Teterboro and Westchester sedan estimates are $130. Keeping the car after the airport moves the job onto the hourly card.

Name the person who can approve a change. Call (929) 205-4788 when a meeting runs long enough to add an hour.

Typical corporate days in New York

A roadshow might start at a Midtown hotel, run to three investor meetings between Park Avenue and Hudson Yards, cross to the Financial District after lunch, and finish at JFK. That is one hourly booking with every stop listed. A client dinner in the Meatpacking District after a day of meetings can be added hours on the same car, or a separate booking if the client needs a different class.

Office moves between Manhattan and Brooklyn, Long Island City, or Jersey City are common single legs. When nobody needs the car to wait, those are point-to-point trips from $130 sedan or $160 SUV, not an hourly block.

Picking the class for executives and teams

The E-Class, listed for three passengers and three bags, suits most individual executives. The S-Class, from $175 an hour, is the flagship sedan and does not add space. The Escalade, listed for six, works for a small team with presentation cases. A larger team moving together between offices should confirm a Sprinter at $200 an hour.

Keep the lead passenger's mobile number on the booking and the assistant's number as the approver. When the schedule changes mid-day, a phone call to (929) 205-4788 is the quickest way to extend the hours or add a stop.

Questions before you book

Is there a separate corporate rate?

No separate account rate is published. A corporate trip uses the starting hourly rates or the Manhattan airport estimates. Any different total has to be on the written quote.

How do I book several meetings in one day?

Book hourly, list every stop in order, and say how many hours you need. Three hours is the minimum. Extra hours use the same hourly rate.

Which vehicle should a client use?

A sedan for one to three people with ordinary bags, an SUV when the party or the luggage is larger, and a Sprinter when you need a van. Confirm the assigned vehicle against the headcount.

What if the day starts at an airport?

A direct transfer covers the airport and one address. If the same car continues to meetings, book hourly from the start.

What does an eight-hour sedan day cost?

$960 at the $120 E-Class rate, before anything the quote adds for tolls or waiting. Escalade, S-Class, and Sprinter use their own hourly rates for the same hours.

Can one booking cover several executives on different cars?

Each car is its own booking. List every car, class, passenger, and pickup time so the quotes line up for the same day.
