Atelier Chauffeur publishes the Occasion Lookbook and an accompanying journal. So readers know what they are reading, here is how we hold ourselves.
Service standards
Every reservation is chauffeured by a vetted professional driver. Vehicles are maintained to a single presentation standard and confirmed at reservation; exact models can vary by date and availability, and where they do we offer the closest equal in the house and tell you in advance. Pricing is confirmed by phone against your specifics — we do not publish flat rates for marquee work because no two occasions are quoted the same.
Editorial standards
The journal exists to be useful, not to flatter the house. Operators, venues, neighborhoods, dates and figures in our guides are checked against public, verifiable sources at the time of writing. When we rank chauffeur companies we name real, operating businesses and say plainly where our own house stands. Prices and availability move; treat figures as a guide and confirm directly.
Discretion
Client occasions are private. We do not publish client names, photographs or itineraries, and route screening and a signed NDA are available on request for any reservation. Discretion is the first courtesy of this work, not a premium tier.
Corrections
If a guide is wrong, we want to fix it. Note the page and the error to atelier@luxurychauffeurservicenyc.com and we will correct it and date the change.
